A Cover Supervisor is needed ASAP in a vibrant Secondary school in South East London.
This Cover Supervisor role can be part or full time.
Covering different lessons for KS3 and KS4 pupils will be the main element of this Cover Supervisor role.
You will need to be able to manage behaviour effectively, multi task, express a proactive attitude and be adaptable for this Cover Supervisor post.
If appointed as a Cover Supervisor, you will be expected to cover lessons for different subjects and year groups. Therefore, a decent understanding of different subjects or willingness to learn more about the National Curriculum will be incredibly advantageous for this Cover Supervisor role.
The school will always actively look to appoint you as a Cover Supervisor if you aspire to become a Teacher.
The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor role will be between £70 to £100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
The School
An 'Outstanding' boys Grammar School based in the leafy borough of Bexley.
The school is single sex up to Year 11 and then operates as a mixed 6th Form.
Academically very strong, they consistently post GCSE and A level results above the regional and national average, with 97% of students achieving 5 A*-C grades including Business and Maths.
The school's success is the result of their excellent teaching and facilities which has led to students there being happy, well behaved and keen to learn and succeed.
In 1995 the school was awarded DfES Technology College specialist status. This enabled them to acquire additional funds for DT, ICT, Science and Maths.

Requirements
You will be considered if you are a Graduate Cover Supervisor or experienced Cover Supervisor.
Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.
All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Cover Supervisor:
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
- UK Degree or an overseas equivalent
- Experience of working as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools
