Learning Mentor Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop individualised support plans and monitor students' progress.
- Create and deliver workshops and activities to develop students' social and emotional skills, resilience, and self-esteem.
Learning Mentor Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Learning Mentor or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development, social and emotional well-being, and behaviour management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Dedication to supporting the holistic development of students and promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
