We are currently searching for an enthusiastic LSA with a degree in English or a Teaching Assistant with strong Behavioural Management skills to work in a full-time position from September 2020. The LSA would be required from September 2020 in an Ofsted rate good school, situated in North West London (Brent). The LSA will report to the SENDCO within the school. We are looking for a passionate LSA looking for a new challenge. The LSA would be required to support students by modelling positive attitudes, providing feedback and to communicate effectively and sensitively. REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time position starting from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an Ofsted rated "good school" school which is ran by a fantastic Headteacher, that achieves academically year in and year out. This school has a progress 8 score that is well above average and approximately 70% achieve grade 5 or above in Maths and English.
