Mathematics Teacher

Qualified and experienced Mathematics Teacher required immediately in a prestigious all boys Independent school in South London.

Applicants for this Mathematics Teacher post must be able to teach Maths from KS3 to KS4, however, ability to teach KS5 will be advantageous.

This will be the requirement in order to be shortlisted for this Mathematics Teacher position and the everyday teaching required if successful.

This Mathematics Teacher role will go long term.

The school will be looking to appoint a Mathematics Teacher on a full time basis.

Initial interviews for this Mathematics Teacher role will take place via Microsoft Teams.

The salary for this Mathematics Teacher position will be between £29915 to £45766, depending on the experiences and qualifications of each applicant.

Recent inspections have ranked the school amongst Britain's finest schools. Founded in 1596, the school is the oldest school in the borough.

The school offers a number of academic pathways including A Level, Pre U, the IB and BTEC. They also offer a bilingual area for native French speakers.

Sports is a big part of the schools ethos and they have won a number of awards over the years. A variety of sports are practiced, and a high number of pupils go on to pursue a career in sports.

Requirements

Applications are welcome if you are a Mathematics Teacher at any stage in your career, as well as if you are a British trained Mathematics Teacher or overseas trained Mathematics Teacher.

You can also apply if you a newly qualified Mathematics Teacher or experienced Mathematics Teacher.

All Mathematics Teacher applicants must have the following as a must in order to be considered for this Mathematics Teacher position:

  • Right to work in the UK as a Mathematics Teacher
  • Experience of working as a Mathematics Teacher in the UK
  • UK QTS as a Mathematics Teacher or an overseas equivalent
