REESON Education are recruiting for a confident and dynamic NQT to join a successful Hackney Federation in January 2022. There is more than one NQT position available at this federation and so the Headteacher is looking to start interviewing NQT's as early as next week.

The school are mainly looking for an NQT who has practical or supply experience within KS2 as the majority of available NQT roles are within this phase. To be considered for this role, you must be confident in your curriculum knowledge and be cooperative and able to work well within a team. The ideal NQT applicant will also have experience of working within an Inner City School and be familiar with the challenges associated with this such as high %'s of EAL and SEN.
