A new role has become available in this successful, purpose-built PRU Secondary based in East London. The Head is looking to employ an Maths Specialist Teacher to take Key Stage 4 Classes and teach GCSEMaths.
This Maths Teacher role offers a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to make a real difference to the lives of students who are unable to remain in mainstream education. The Role - PRU Teacher of Maths
This PRU are looking for a Secondary Trained PRU Teacher that has experience in a Pupil Referral Unit or working with students with challenging behaviour. This Pupil Referral Unit specialise in working with pupils who are excluded from mainstream education. You will be required to teach class sizes of 6-8 pupils with the support of specialist teaching assistants. All students have been temporarily or permanently excluded from mainstream education so to be a successful PRU Teacher within this Pupil Referral Unit you must have exceptional behaviour management skills. As a PRU Teacher you must have the motivation and passion to raise standards and improve behaviour and levels of attainment for all students within the School.
