Your new role
This role will be extremely rewarding. You will need to be able to teach STEM up to GCSE level. Class sizes can range from being 1-2-1 or up to 20 students with teaching assistants to help deliver the lesson. The Students in these schools could have complex SEMH needs with SEN such as, Autism, Dyslexia.
What you'll need to succeed
It is Essential that you have experience teaching.
- You will also need to have experience in a SEN/SEMH environment.
- You will have experience with leadership or management.
- You will also have Qualified Teacher Status.
