SEN TA
REESON Education have a great role in the central London Borough of Lambeth. The role is to work one-one with a SEN boy in a mainstream primary school. The boy is lovely and very bright; however, he does have ADHD and needs a one-one to ensure he is on task and not distracting other pupils.
Role requirements of a SEN TA:
- Able to work effectively with a one-one
- Experience working SEN children (desirable)
- A willingness to help in extra curriculum activities
- Able to work effectively with small groups
Main responsibilities for a SEN TA:
- To assist the classroom teacher in take engaging lessons
- Co-ordinate effectively with Class Teacher
- Performing interventions
- To perform safeguarding duties
