The Role - SEN Teacher
This school takes a theraputic and holisic approach to teaching their young people. You will be given autonomy to create lesson plans and schemes of work which you deem relevant for your pupils academic and social/emotional development. All classes have high level of support from skilled and trained LSA's. You will continue to deliver students learning from the strong start they have had in term 1. You will be able to deliver a wide range of subject areas and have strong skills in managing challenging behaviours, mental health and emotional issues.

They currently have 189 students on role and provide individualised learning that aims to maximise impact on pupils' social, emotional, behavioural and learning outcomes. The School is hugely successful and headed up by a passionate and inspiring Head Teacher and supportive SLT team. The chosen Teacher will have freedom and autonomy over the class schedule, curriculum delivery and behaviour strategies as they see fit.
