£95-£110 per day

Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:00pm
The Opportunity
A welcoming primary school in East Dulwich is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with ADHD and complex needs.
This role would suit someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and confident in supporting a child who requires consistent structure, encouragement, and emotional regulation throughout the school day.

The Role
As the child's 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support learning across the Year 4 curriculum
Help the pupil remain focused and engaged during lessons
Implement strategies to support attention, regulation, and behaviour
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Monitor progress and provide feedback on learning and wellbeing
Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience supporting children with ADHD and complex SEN needs
Demonstrates strong behavioural management skills
Is patient, resilient, and able to maintain clear boundaries
Can adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Brings a positive, confident, and proactive attitude
