Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant specialising in Speech and Language support? REESON Education are working in partnership with a lively community school based in Lambeth who are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant in January 2020.
The role will be an initial fixed term contract for 2 school terms, ending in July 2020. There may be the option of a permanent contract thereafter for the right candidate.
The role will entail supporting EYFS (Reception) aged pupils with Speech and Language needs. You will be trusted with offering 1-1, and small group Interventions, focusing on Literacy and Numeracy skills. The ability to build a good rapport with colleagues and parents will be essential as regular progress meetings and reports will be a key area of responsibility.
A knowledge of British Sign Language would also be preferred, however not essential.
