Reeson Education are looking for flexible and hard working Teaching Assistants that are available for positions in Hammersmith & Fulham. The school is three form entry and OFSTED rated 'outstanding'. This is both an appealing opportunity for someone who is experienced or considering a career in teaching. As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to be flexible, always on hand to adapt to day to day activities and be willing to work with children from different backgrounds.
The successful candidate / Teaching Assistant will be required to:
- Support children with their learning during activities directed by the class teacher.
- Assess and record children's attainment and progress.
- Lead small group sessions and interventions according to teacher's planning.
- Promote the general progress and well-being of pupils in your class/group.
- Supervise pupils during play times.
- Participate in Performance Management activities and also further training and professional development sessions as they arise.
- Demonstrate a good standard of written and spoken English and a good subject knowledge of Mathematics
To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role you will need:
* A clear, enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service)
* To provide reference details for the last 2 years
