About the Teaching Assistant role:
In this role you be will expected to provide support to pupils, helping to attend to their personal and education needs. it will be crucial that you can establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role mode. You will work closely alongside the class teacher to the the development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour/Support/Mentoring plans
