The role and what they are looking for:
In the role of Learning Support Assistant (LSA) you will be working to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility specific support plans for groups of students or individuals in order to provide appropriate provision. Working within SEND you will have previous experience with SEN students and understand strategies for successful engagement and progression with their specific teaching and learning needs. Be the Teaching Assistant your students will never forget as you bring out the best in them through a multi-medium, experience-rich curriculum.
