What is a KID?

What is a Key Information Document (KID)?

A Key Information Document (KID) is a document that employment businesses are legally required to provide to temporary workers before they agree to work through an agency.

The purpose of the KID is to help you understand how you will be paid, who will be responsible for paying you, and what deductions may be made from your earnings. It provides a simple illustration of your expected pay and ensures that you have clear information about your payment arrangements before accepting work.

Your KID is not a contract and the figures shown are examples only. Actual pay may vary depending on the assignments you undertake, the hours worked, your tax code, and any statutory deductions that apply.

If you have any questions about the information contained within your KID, please contact your Reeson Education consultant who will be happy to explain it further.
