We are looking for an ambitious individual to join the team at a special education needs school in Redbridge who have particular experience working with children with Autism.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, confident and caring, and have a passion for education. They are looking for 2 experienced teaching assistants to start January 2020. Come join the team at this rated outstanding school in Redbridge, working with nursery and primary aged students with Autism, renowned for its celebration of strengths and differences in their students. Your role will involve giving support to individuals with complex care needs and helping them to build relationships, develop independence, gain skills and knowledge.
You will be actively contributing to maximising the potential and raising levels of achievement in pupils with autism in this school. The ideal candidate will:
- Be friendly, caring and charismatic.
- Have experience working with children with autism/complex needs wether in a school or personal setting.
- Be highly organised
