A Behaviour Mentor is needed in a new mixed Secondary School in North West London.

This Behaviour Mentor post will be full time and long term/permanent.

Working hours will be 08:30 to 16:30 for this Behaviour Mentor role.

If appointed as a Behaviour Mentor, you will need supervise the Behaviour Room, respond to call outs and provide support in the school corridors.

The school is seeking a Behaviour Mentor with strong behaviour management, excellent teamwork skills and the ability to multi task effectively.

The rates of pay for this Behaviour Mentor position will be between £72 to £105 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

A new school for pupils in Year 7 to Year 12.

Requirements

This is a great opportunity for an experienced TA/LSA or Behaviour Mentor.

Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Behaviour Mentor or overseas trained Behaviour Mentor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Behaviour Mentor:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
  • UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent
  • Experience of working as a Behaviour Mentor in UK schools
