The Behaviour Mentor Job:

We are currently seeking for enthusiastic behaviour mentors to work with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs at our client schools across London. We are seeking Behaviour Mentors who are currently looking for long term and permanent roles from September 2020 start. Ideally the Behaviour Mentor would have prior experience working with children with SEMH and have strong behaviour management skills.

The School:

Our client schools are situated across all boroughs of London and have fantastic transport links. These Ofsted rated, good to outstanding schools have fantastic facilities and resources for both students and staff. These client schools don't follow the national curriculum and focus on the individual needs of the child such as physical, medical and personal development.

The Ideal Applicant:

Due to current circumstances regarding COVID 19, we have been in talks with schools to help them recruit from September 2020. We are now looking for a Behaviour Mentors who are highly confident, resilient, committed, driven and passionate to work with in our client schools for September 2020. As this vacancy is a September start, it is key for any new member of staff that joins the school that a smooth transition takes place, in order to create minimal disruption for the students and staff.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with complex needs in either a mainstream or a special school. We need someone who is highly confident in supporting students with complex needs.
