Behaviour Mentor

Behaviour Mentor required in a 'Outstanding' mixed Secondary School in South London.

The school are seeking a confident and motivated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in Year 7, as their Head Of Year.

This will be a full time, long term post as a Behaviour Mentor, to start immediately.

As a work environment for a Behaviour Mentor, the school is well equipped and is run by a supportive team that works closely to keep pupils happy, as well as safe.

If you are successful in securing this Behaviour Mentor post, you will be required to manage behaviour effectively and encourage pupils to carry themselves appropriately around school, in addition to various other responsibilities that will be disclosed/finalised at a later date.

The salary for this Behaviour Mentor position will be between £15000 and £25000, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

  • 52% achieved at least a Grade 7 (equivalent of an A or above) in Biology, 48% in Chemistry and 60% in Physics
