Join Our Team as a Behaviour Mentor - Bolton | Start ASAP

Do you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Are you ready to make a real difference every day? We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Bolton. This role is immediate start and requires a full driving licence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students one-to-one and in small groups to manage behaviour and build confidence.

  • Creating and delivering tailored strategies to help children thrive at school.

  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external partners to ensure consistent support.

  • Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements with students and staff.

  • Being a positive role model, helping children develop resilience, independence, and self-belief.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN.

  • Confident behaviour management skills.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping children succeed.
