Do you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Are you ready to make a real difference every day? We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Bolton. This role is immediate start and requires a full driving licence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting students one-to-one and in small groups to manage behaviour and build confidence.
Creating and delivering tailored strategies to help children thrive at school.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external partners to ensure consistent support.
Monitoring progress and celebrating achievements with students and staff.
Being a positive role model, helping children develop resilience, independence, and self-belief.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience working with children with SEN.
Confident behaviour management skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping children succeed.
