We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, patient, and committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour, engagement, and social skills.

  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support.

  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour interventions.

  • Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence, resilience, and independence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).

  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to different situations.
