Behaviour Support Assistant

Reeson Education are excited to open applications for a teaching assistant role specialising in behaviour support in the Battersea, South West London Area (SW11). To be considered, applicants must hold a Level 3 TA qualification or similar and have a proven track record of successfully managing behaviour within a primary setting.

The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will be expected to compliment the work of the class teacher by taking responsibility for some learning activities, which could involve planning, preparing and delivering programmes both on a small group and 1:1 basis. They will take a lead role within the school in addressing specific needs of pupils who require additional support to overcome barriers to learning.
