REESON Education are recruiting for an experienced Behaviour TA to work on a temporary contract basis in one of our closest Wandsworth partner schools. The role will be starting ASAP and likely to continue until the end of the academic year in July (for the right candidate).
As a behaviour TA, you will be working on a 1-1 basis with a pupil in KS1 who has profound ADHD and challenging behaviour. You must be confident, calm and able to quickly build a good rapport with the pupil, class teacher and parents. You will be working closely with the SENDCO to implement new strategies and monitor the pupil's progress at regular intervals. You must be proactive, use your own initiative and be able to work successfully independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate for this behaviour TA role will have previous experience in a similar role, either in a mainstream primary school or SEND unit.
Daily rates of pay are highly competitive, and can also be negotiated based on experience. Interviews and trial days can be arranged ASAP for successful candidates.
