Liaising with external providers, colleges, and employers
Acting as a consistent and positive Careers Advisor role model
Ideal Candidate - Careers Advisor
Previous experience as a Careers Advisor or similar role
Experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour is highly desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
