Caretaker needed ASAP at a Secondary School in South London.
This will be a full time, permanent Caretaker position.
The school is seeking a Caretaker to undertake responsibility for maintenance, security, as well as Health & Safety practices of the school.
This will include but may not be limited to the grounds, buildings, facilities and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Liaising with external contractors, clearing litter, opening/closing the buildings and moving furniture will all be responsibilities with this Caretaker position.
Basic awareness of Health & Safety legislation, understanding of maintenance/repair requirements and using one's own initiative will all be essential requirements in order to be considered as a Caretaker.
Experience of working in a school and DIY knowledge will both be advantageous for this Caretaker role.
The rates of pay for this Caretaker post will be between £70 to £150 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each candidate.

Requirements
You are encouraged to apply if you are a recently qualified Caretaker or experienced Caretaker.
