A Chemistry Teacher is needed in a mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South London.

You will need to teach KS3 and KS4 Science classes for this Chemistry Teacher post.

The ability to teach KS3/4 Biology will be advantageous but not essential for this Chemistry Teacher role.

This Chemistry Teacher position will be part time for every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Standard class teacher responsibilities apply to this Chemistry Teacher position. These include but aren't limited to planning lessons, assessing pupil progress and attending regular team meetings/parents evenings.

The rates of pay for this Chemistry Teacher role will be between £170 to £260 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each candidate.

Requirements

You are welcome to apply if you are a newly qualified Chemistry Teacher or experienced Chemistry Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Chemistry Teacher or overseas trained Chemistry Teacher.

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clear and up to date DBS
  • UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
  • Experience of teaching as a Chemistry Teacher in UK schools
