KS1 and KS2 Class Teacher positions

About the Class Teacher Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 and KS2 Class Teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be passionate about teaching and committed to inspiring a love of learning in young students. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality education to your class, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.



Class Teacher Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help students improve.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's progress and development.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Uphold the school's values and ethos, contributing to the wider school community.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
