💰 Daily Rate: £140 - £180 per day (depending on experience)

Exciting Opportunity for a Class Teacher

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join a thriving and inclusive primary school in the Basingstoke area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Class Teacher or an ECT looking to begin their career in a supportive and well-established team.

The successful Class Teacher will be working across both infant and junior phases, delivering high-quality learning experiences and contributing to the wider school community.



Key Responsibilities of the Class Teacher Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning
  • Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and higher ability pupils
  • Use assessment to inform planning and track pupil progress
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and create a safe, positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school's ethos and values


What We're Looking For in a Class Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum
  • Successful experience working as a Class Teacher in a primary setting (either as an ECT or experienced teacher)
  • A team player who contributes positively to school life
  • A Class Teacher who is passionate about making a difference
