Job Description:
As a Special Needs Classroom Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with special needs. Your duties will include:
· Assisting the teacher with classroom management and lesson planning
· Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs
· Helping students to develop their social skills
· Providing assistance with personal care and hygiene
· Creating a safe and supportive environment for all students
Requirements:
· Experience working with children who have special needs is preferred but not required
· A passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
· A patient and compassionate approach to working with children
· Ability to work in Uxbridge
