A Cover Supervisor is needed ASAP in a 'Good' mixed Secondary School in South East London.
The school is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support the Art Department.
This will be a full time position as a Cover Supervisor.
The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor position will be between £70 to £100, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
The School
A very large 11 - 18 Comprehensive School founded in 1971 which has just under 2000 pupils.
There are over 80 languages spoken by staff and pupils.
In terms of facilities, there is an Olympic legacy sports set up in the gymnasium and dojo, as well as a shared use sports centre.
The school holds a Artsmark Platinum and 4 PTI Awards. A new building opened in 2011, providing new resources and equipment.
During their last inspection, Ofsted noted that the pupils display good behaviour. They are always ready to learn and are polite, caring of others and friendly.
Requirements
Applications are welcome if you are a graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.
You can also apply if you are a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.
All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this Cover Supervisor position:
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
- UK Bachelor's Degree or overseas equivalent
- Experience of working with children/young people from the ages of 11 to 18
