We are looking to increase the pool of high-quality teachers that we work within the local area to support an ever-growing need for top supply candidates this year. Our client schools are always interested in working with reliable, dedicated, and flexible candidates who will be able to support the school where extra staff are needed,
Given the ever-changing nature of the current times. Reeson are looking to employ qualified teachers to work on a daily supply capacity throughout the London borough of Hackney and throughout East London.
The Supply Teacher roler:
- You will deliver pre-set lesson plans to secondary aged students
- The requirements, may be for daily work, short term or even long term if it suits you
- This is a great way to obtain valuable classroom experience and knowledge of local schools if you are considering applying for a full-time teaching post.
Our schools are particularly keen in confident and motivated Teachers who are flexible, engaging and well equipped to manage classes in school and deliver the required workload in addition to keeping classes well managed and pupils safe.
About you:
A successful Supply Teacher will have a positive. outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills and solid presence in the classroom. The ability to be flexible and highly reliable are key aspects to this role. You should have a full teaching Qualification which is comparable to a PGCE. NQT's are also welcome to work as supply teachers.
You should hold a teaching qualification and have a current DBS to be considered for suopply teaching (in addition to right to work in the UK and to be able to get through our swift but thourough complience process).
