We are currently searching for charismatic, dedicated and highly driven Secondary Deputy Head teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding School situated in the borough of Brent. I am currently searching for a classroom teacher to work with in a special needs school.
This is a full time, permanent position starting from Easter or September 2021.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to formulate aims and the objectives of the school
- Taking responsibility for Key Stages 3,4 & 5
- Evaluating the Schools performance
- Managing Staff and Resources
- Supporting the headteacher in providing and sharing visions
The successful Deputy Head Teacher will be working within a special needs school that focuses on supporting children with ASD and other complex needs. This Ofsted Outstanding school works with children between the ages of 4 - 19 and have approximately 170 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an Ofsted Outstanding special needs school which are ran by a fantastic Headteacher.
As this position is based in a special school, it is essential that the successful candidate makes a smooth transition to integrate into the school, so as little disruption is made as possible for staff and pupils.
