Position Overview: As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing engaging activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and building strong relationships with both children and their families.
Requirements of an Early Years Educator:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Genuine passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Up-to-date knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
