What we're looking for in an Early Years Phase Lead:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Proven experience teaching in EYFS
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and support a team
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and child-centred learning
A commitment to raising standards and creating a nurturing, high-quality early learning environment
