West London Primary School - Kensington and Chelsea

An exceptional primary school based in the vibrant community of West London is seeking a talented and motivated Early Years Lead Practitioner to join their staffing team.

Position: Early Years Lead Practitioner - Independent School

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Kensington and Chelsea - West London based Independent prep school

Responsibilities:

- Create interactive and engaging activities to support the EYFS
- Assess chidlrens progress and keep records on each children
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding the children's performance and progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills - noodle now training

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies
- Teaching certification or license required
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards -EYFS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
