About the Role
An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their EYFS team from 20th October. The successful candidate will support young learners in their early development, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and independence through play-based learning.
The school offers a supportive and creative environment where an experienced Early Years Practitioner can make a genuine impact on children's learning and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Support children's learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Contribute to planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Observe, record, and track pupil progress following the EYFS curriculum.
Encourage social, emotional, and communication development.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure each child thrives.
Candidate Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education - essential.
Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner or working within an EYFS setting.
Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
A nurturing, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
