The ideal candidate will:
Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Have a thorough understanding of the EYFS Framework
Be creative, caring, and committed to supporting every child's development
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be able to build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
Have experience creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
