Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant - Nursery

Independent Early Years Setting | West London
A nurturing and well-regarded early years setting in West London is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join their nursery team from 3rd November, with the role continuing until at least Christmas.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the teaching and care of children within the nursery setting
Work alongside the class teacher and wider team to deliver engaging early years provision
Provide high-quality care, ensuring children's safety, wellbeing, and development
Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent) - essential
Previous nursery or early years school experience
Flexible and able to work split shift patterns:
7:30am - 3:30pm
10:00am - 6:00pm
Reliable, professional and able to commit to the role for the full duration
Warm, caring and confident in communicating with parents and colleagues
