Early Years Practitioner - Harrow (Term Time Only, Full-Time)
Start Date: ASAP | Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 4:15pm

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, family-run Nursery in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional who is dedicated to supporting young children's learning and development within a nurturing, child-centred setting.

Key Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner

  • CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years/Childcare - essential

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

About this Early Years Practitioner Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow

  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities following the EYFS framework

  • Observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress

  • Acting as a key person for a small group of children, developing positive relationships with families

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across the nursery

  • Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare procedures are always followed

  • A qualified practitioner with a genuine passion for Early Years education

  • Strong knowledge of child development and learning through play

  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
