Reeson Education is recruiting experienced Early Years Practitioners to join our flexible supply pool supporting nurseries and primary school EYFS settings across Waltham Forest. Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare essential
What an Early Years Practitioner Will Do
Support children aged 2-5 with early development
Assist with phonics, play-based learning and early numeracy
Help maintain a positive, nurturing and engaging EYFS environment
Support communication, independence and confidence
Adapt quickly to different nurseries and EYFS classrooms
Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner
MUST hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting
Confident supporting early development and early learning
Warm, patient and proactive approach
Ability to work flexibly across Waltham Forest
