Reeson Education is recruiting experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioners to work in private nurseries across Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner who enjoys nursery-based early years work and is looking for flexible shifts, longer-term placements, or a combination of both.
Private nurseries across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford regularly require skilled Early Years Practitioners to support children aged 0-5 with play-based learning, early development and daily routines. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years provision in warm, well-run nursery settings.

Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner
- Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities
- Assisting with early communication, language and social development
- Supporting daily routines including meals, hygiene and transitions
- Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging nursery environment
- Working collaboratively as an Early Years Practitioner within nursery teams
What We're Looking For
- A qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare essential)
- Previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery setting
- Warm, patient and child-centred approach
- Strong understanding of EYFS development
- Ability to work across private nurseries in Waltham Forest
