Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children within Nursery or Reception in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that promote learning and development.
- Monitor and record pupil progress across the prime and specific areas of learning.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will bring energy, creativity and a genuine passion for Early Years education.
We're Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
- Previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or Early Years Teaching Assistant.
- A caring, patient and proactive approach.
- A committed and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who works well as part of a team.
