Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to work in friendly private nurseries across Havering. This is a rewarding opportunity for a qualified Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about supporting early childhood development in a positive and engaging nursery environment.

Nurseries located in Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham, are looking for a committed Early Years Practitioner to join their teams. The successful Early Years Practitioner will support children through play, learning activities and daily routines that encourage healthy development.

Role Overview - Early Years Practitioner

The Early Years Practitioner will support young children through structured activities and play-based learning while ensuring a safe and stimulating nursery environment. The Early Years Practitioner will work closely with nursery teams to support children's early learning and development.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner

  • Supporting learning through the EYFS framework
  • Delivering engaging play-based learning experiences
  • Encouraging communication, language and social development
  • Supporting early phonics, early maths and creative exploration
  • Assisting with daily routines, care and wellbeing of children
  • Working closely with nursery teams to ensure high-quality early years provision

Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is required
  • Previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner within a nursery setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach to early years education
  • Ability to work collaboratively within nursery teams
