About the Early Years Teaching Assistant Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant in Havering, you may be:
- Supporting whole-class learning in Reception
- Working 1:1 with a pupil requiring additional support
- Assisting with phonics sessions and guided reading
- Supporting learning through indoor and outdoor provision
- Helping monitor progress in line with EYFS expectations
