Applicants for this Economics Teacher role must be able to teach KS4 and KS5, where applicable.
This is a full time Economics Teacher position, starting in September 2021, on a permanent basis.
For this Economics Teacher post, candidates will be offered MPS/UPS Outer London (£29915 to £45766) depending on qualifications and experience.
The School
An 'Outstanding' school in South West London, located near the River Thames and Richmond Park.
The school is an 11 - 18 academy which opened in September 2015. Currently with the five-year groups of 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. They will reach capacity in 2022 with around 1200 pupils, to include a sixth form.
As a new free school which opened for the first time in September 2015 with a single cohort of Year 7 pupils, they do not currently have any exam results available.
The school is situated on a modern site with excellent facilities, including, but not limited to:
- full sized, fully equipped sports hall and dance studio
- lecture theatre
- dining atrium
- numerous modern science laboratories
There are also solid schemes in place to provide support for pupils in areas of mental health.
Requirements
Applications are welcome if you are a British trained Economics Teacher or overseas trained Economics Teacher.
You are also encouraged to apply if you are a Newly Qualified Economics Teacher or experienced Economics Teacher.

- Experience of working as a Economics Teacher in the UK
- UK QTS or an overseas formal secondary school teaching qualification
