REESON Education are recruiting for a confident and dynamic ECT to join a successful Hackney Federation in January 2022. There is more than one ECT position available at this federation and so the Headteacher is looking to start interviewing ECT applicants as early as next week.

Academic achievement across all schools is above the national average in all subjects and therefore the successful ECT must be confident in their ability to maintain these standards with support from their mentor.
The school are mainly looking for an ECT who has practical or supply experience within KS2 as the majority of available ECT roles are within this phase. To be considered for this role, you must be confident in your curriculum knowledge and be cooperative and able to work well within a team. The ideal ECT applicant will also have experience of working within an Inner City School and be familiar with the challenges associated with this such as high %'s of EAL and SEN.
