Position: ECT Primary Teacher

Location: Southwark - Dulwich area

Contract: Permanent, starting from September 2023

Responsibilities - ECT Primary Teacher:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum, catering to the needs of diverse learners.

  • Provide effective assessment and feedback to monitor students' progress and support their individual development.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for all students.

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational trends.

Requirements- ECT Primary Teacher:

  • A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education.
  • Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
