The Role for an ECT Teacher:
Full-time class teacher roles in KS1 or KS2 (your preference considered)
MPS salary from day one
Supportive mentors and experienced SLTs

Ideal ECT Teacher Profile:
Holds or will hold UK QTS by July 2025
A motivated ECT Teacher ready to contribute creatively and collaboratively
Keen to develop professionally through CPD and school-based coaching
