Person Specification for English Teacher - SEMHD
The ideal candidate will be an inspirational ASD KS3/4 English Teacher who has at least 3 years of teaching experience and some experience of teaching children with behavioural and emotional issues. You will have the skills to support students with challenging behaviour, low self esteem and trust issues and a confident approach to handling unexpected problems.

About the English Teacher - SEMHD Role
In this SEMH KS3 English Teacher post you will be becoming an important part of the committed team. All teachers have a full time graduate TA working in class who is well trained and highly motivated. All TAs are incentivised by the opportunity to join the teach first programme and are therefore looking to prove the abilities that will one day help them teach a class of their own. As an experienced KS3 English Teacher you will have the teaching ability and proven track record to deliver English successfully up to GCSE level.
