JOB DESCRIPTION
English teacher required for an exceptional School in West London. The school are looking for an English teacher who can teach across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. The post is to start ASAP and will be offered on a full time basis. They can offer a position with additional responsibility such as HOD or lead practitioner to a suitably qualified applicant. The school boasts high academic standards and offers a fantastic working environment to all its staff and pupils. It has excellent facilities and resources. The English department is one of the standout departments within the school. The school wants to look over CVs as soon as possible with a view to meeting over the next couple of weeks for a paid trial.
SCHOOL INFORMATION
The school is based in a lovely area in West London and the school was rated as "Outstanding" by OFSTED in its last inspection. The school was formally a Grammar School and its fantastic standards have been maintained. Following changes in legislation the school became a Foundation School in 1998. It won the School Achievement Award for Excellence for each of the three years it ran. Their Head teacher has been knighted in the Queen's birthday Honours for services to education.
